Relay 129 Equalization System Project

The Contract involves furnishing all labor and materials required to construct an equalization system consisting of buried 36" pipes connecting to an existing sewer, new sewer to connect to the future Relay 129 development, and an orifice vault. Each bid must contain the full name and street address of the bidder, a signed Non-Collusion Affidavit, a signed Personal Property Tax Affidavit, and a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bids shall be sealed and shall be clearly marked on the outside of the package "BIDS FOR RELAY 129 EQUALIZATION SYSTEM FOR THE WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT." Failure to submit bids in conformance with the Contract Documents will result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. Engineers estimate for the base bid is $394,000.00. The right is reserved by the County to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities, to accept the lowest and best Bid, and to hold Bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening for evaluating both the Bids and Bidders.
