The Offeror shall provide all labor, materials, and tooling to: Replace flow meter, float gauges, repair corroded threads, replacing the existing plastic inspection caps with galvanized caps, and replacing the atmospheric and emergency vents on the units combination 3,000 gallon diesel/1,000 gallon gasoline storage tank (Enclosure 1).
