Description

Replace chilled water infrastructure and Multizone unit in basement mechanical room. This includes chilled water pumps, air separator, piping, variable frequency drives, associated DDC controls, valves, controls, some ductwork and insulation. New heating water isolation valves to be installed at each floor. Replace all hot, cold and hot water recirc piping in building. New chase and minor wall ceiling replacement as needed.
