Jordan Community Elementary School - Two Pipe System Insulation Replacement

All Insulation of the Two Pipe System is Soaked with Water and Extremely Moldy. 1. Found System to Have Air Vents Installed Throughout and Vents are Not Insulated. This has Caused Vents and Vent Piping to Condensate when Running Chilled Water Through the Piping System. 2. These Air Vents Have Been Condensating and Soaking Insulation Since the First Time the Chiller Was Run Through the Piping, Approximately 30 Years Ago. 3. All Insulation is Now Moldy and Should be Replaced. 4. Approximate Measurements of Replacements are: 5. Remove and Replace Approximately 1500' of 2" Pipe Insulation. 6. Remove and Replace Approximately 400' of 3/4" Pipe Insulation.
