Fulton County Schools New Bus Garage

The Project name is as shown on Contract Documents prepared by the Architect, RBS Design Group, P.S.C. Drawings and specifications are dated April 27, 2023. Construction of a New Bus Garage, consisting of 4988 SF with an alternate bid to add an office addition, consisting of approx. 600 additional SF. The Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, building demolition, site clearing, earthwork, termite control, facility sanitary sewers, lawns and grasses, cast-in-place concrete, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, sheathing, building insulation, metal building insulation, formed metal wall panels, firestopping, joint sealants, standard steel doors and frames, sectional overhead doors, wood windows, door hardware, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical panel ceilings, painting, signs, post and panel signs, fire protection specialties, protective covers, toilet and bath accessories, metal building systems, and complete clean-up and removal of construction debris. Check covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Fulton County Public Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check.
