23-Repair Lakes and Irrigation at Vista Del Camino Park in the Indian Bend Wash Phase 1

Replace and/or repair the irrigation pumps and distribution systems within the Indian Bend wash from Murry Lane to McDowell Road. This project will construct lake and irrigation system replacements and modifications, for 23-Repair Lakes and Irrigation at Vista del Camino Park in the Indian Bend Wash. This project willreplace and/or repair irrigation systems within the Indian bend Wash form Murry Lane to Mckellips Road. Generally, this project will require cost estimating, provide value engineering, constructability reviews, design potholing and construction of but not limited to; irrigation, pump systems, controls, pump station building, and lakes modifications & replacements, relocations of utilities, native plants salvage, landscaping, and other work necessary to complete the project.
