Description

Include removing trip hazards in sidewalks by saw cutting. Finished saw cut must be smooth, even and comply with ADA regulations for slope. Provide maps identifing the roads that are proposed for trip hazard removal. Height of trip hazard on both sides. Width of trip hazard. Total inch feet of the trip hazard. Address of property. A number identifying the trip hazard on the map. A note explaining why a trip hazard can not be saw cut or any other pertinent information. A trip hazard greather than two (2) inches shall not be cut. Panels that are spalled or cracked to the point that a saw cut will not be effective shall not be cut.
