Bids submitted electronically must have their bid bonds verified electronically through the electronic bidding system. Written bids must have their bond stapled to the back of the proposal. In lieu of a bid bond, a certified/cashier's check made payable to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation may be submitted as a proposal guaranty. Checks must be delivered to Office Engineer Division prior to the bid opening.
