Concourse C Temporary Air Handling Units

Project consist of installing two (2) variable air volume air handling units located on Concourse C roof to serve future tenant spaces. Demolition, roof openings, supports, curbs, roof walk pads with ramps, access, electrical and fire alarm services shall be provided to for complete installation. Air handling units components include supply fan, variable frequency drive, hot water heating coil, chilled water-cooling coil, filters, and economizer. Existing chilled water, heating water, fire sprinkler services, electrical, and fire alarm systems will be extended to air handling units. A booster pump will be provided for chilled water service. Port standard DDC control (Siemens) will be provided for air handling unit and pump controls. Terminal units with heating coils and DDC controls to be provided by future tenants. The Engineers estimate range for this project is $1,125,000 - $2,250,000. The WMBE utilization goal is 6% for this contract. Install two, new, Air Handling Units (AHU) to support the build-out of tenant spaces and new restrooms on Concourse C. These units will be in place for 5-10 years until a different project replaces and upsizes all the AHUs on the concourse. The units will connect to existing ductwork, chilled water, and heating water systems on the roof of Concourse C. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
