Description

The design and required engineering to construct a 30,000 square foot shell building with the ability to expand if necessary, in the future. The building will be situated on a 5-acre lot located in the Jackson County Maritime and Industrial Center adjacent to a newly constructed access road. Engineering services required may include any or all the following services: preliminary design, assistance with funding applications, final design, bidding, services during construction, construction inspection, and any general services required to complete the project. Procurement of these services shall be in conformity with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of West Virginia and any applicable federal agencies. Contract is to be awarded on a lump sum basis.
