Chino Airport Perimeter Fence Replacement The scope of work which is to replace 9,200 linear feet of fencing with new Type B1 Ornamental fencing and install (3) 12x16 freestanding monument signs with footings in Chino, California. State Contractor's Class "A" License is required. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical errors, discrepancies or informalities of a bid not affected by law, if to do so seems to best serve the public interest. Concurrently with the submittal of its bid, bidders are required to furnish bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the BASE BID. If this Bid is successful, the undersigned agrees to execute the required Standard Contract and will furnish a payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price and a Faithful Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
