Weed E.S. New Admin / Classroom Building Increment 2 Bid Package WES 2022.2.31.b Earthwork / Concrete

The Contractor shall perform within the time stipulated the contract as herein defined, and shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete in a workmanlike manner all the work required in connection with the following titled project: WEED E.S. NEW ADMIN / CLASSROOM BUILDING INCREMENT 2, Bid Package WES2022.2.31.B Earthwork / Concrete in strict compliance with the Contract Documents as specified in Article 4 below, which shall be free from any and all liens and claims from mechanics, material suppliers, subcontractors, artisans, machinists, teamsters, freight carriers, and laborers required for the Project. Any clarifications resulting from questions will be distributed to all firms participating in this opportunity who have received a copy of the Bid documents. Questions received after 2:00 p.m. on October 14, 2022, will NOT be addressed. Successful bidder shall file a payment and performance bond issued by an admitted Surety authorized to conduct business in California, in the form set forth in the Contract Documents. A payment bond may be required for contracts involving smaller expenditures at the option of the District. All forms must be completed, signed, and returned with the bid. The successful bidder shall commence work on or before July 11, 2022. All work shall be completed within 30 working days and not later than August 21, 2022
