| Description | Plainfield Public Schools is seeking a contractor to repair and install new components into the #12 Air Handling and Cooling Rooftop Unit of Plainfield High School. The scope of the repair work may include, but not be limited to: Remove and replace three (3) compressor units. Remove and replace three (3) crank case heaters. Remove and replace three (3) contactors. Remove and replace two (2) time delay relays Remove and replace one (1) condenser fan motor. Remove and replace one (1) condenser fan blade. Remove and replace the filer cores in the refrigerant circuits. Pressure test the system. Evacuate the system and charge with new R-22 refrigerant. Start the system and test for proper operation |
