2020 Stormwater Pump Stations on 7th Street, 12th Street and Pearl Street and Drainage Improvements

The project shall include, but not be limited to the following: Furnish and install three (3) stormwater pump stations complete with wet well, intake and outflow piping, valving, fittings, electric service, piping conflicts, and site restoration. Each pump station precast concrete wet well is approximately 8 FT wide, 10 FT long and 9 FT deep. Each station shall be equipped with two (2) 1,000 GPM submersible pumps. The project shall also include the removal and replacement of the existing drainage systems including but not limited to removal and replacement of approximately 4,396 LF of existing storm pipe with new HDPE and ductile iron pipe of various sizes, water main loops, seventeen (17) precast manholes, sixteen (16) Type A Inlets, four (4) Type E Inlets, four (4) CDS Hydrodynamic Separators, pavement restoration and all else necessary for site restoration required. Prospective Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the job site prior to submission of BID, to familiarize themselves with site conditions.
