3rd Floor Remodel - 315548 - City of Cedar Rapids

Remodeling of a municipal facility in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a three-story above grade municipal facility. The 3rd floor remodel will consist of a new mechanical system for heating and cooling as well as new ceilings and flooring. Two offices to the north of the elevator lobby will be converted to accessible men's and women's restrooms. Within the ceiling work on this floor we will also add a new sprinkler system, run new telecom pathways, add wireless capabilities, and install the hardware required to add a future city lenel access system. This project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of June 28, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
