Roof Replacement and Masonry Repair

Roof Replacement and Masonry Restoration at Hawkins Street School Bidders are required to submit pricing via the RFP/Q-Pricing Spreadsheet Section. All questions shall be submitted in writing via the bidding platform prior to Friday, January 27, 2023 12:00 p.m. EST The Scope of the Work to be performed under this Contract involves select masonry repair, as well as the full removal and replacement of the roof at the Hawkins Street School. The Hawkins Street School is an elementary school serving students in grades Kindergarten to 8th Grades. The original section of the school dates back to the 1800's, and the building has been expanded over time by way of several additions. As a result, the Contractor should expect to encounter variations in the building's construction from one section to another. The roofs of the building are configured as ten separate and distinct roof areas. The exterior masonry walls are constructed of solid brick masonry often trimmed with ornamental limestone castings. Repairs to the roofs and masonry have been made over time, resulting in still further variations of the existing conditions.
