Description

The work of this project consists of the construction of a 19,240 gsf, 2 story building with load bearing exterior concrete masonry walls (two stories), concrete slabs on grade and on steel decking, and a single ply roofing membrane assembly with rigid insulation on steel roof decking. Also included are interior masonry walls and gypsum board on metal stud interior partitions, and hollow metal door frames with hollow metal and wood doors; aluminum storefront and curtainwall systems with insulated and bullet resistant glazing; acoustical panel and gypsum board ceilings; hydraulic elevator system; and state of the art mechanical and electrical systems.
