| Description | Finish shall be Bona Kemi “Sport Poly” 50% solids gym finish, no approved equals. Finishing process shall consist of: A) Scrub Clean the entire floor with Bona Prep cleaning solution (full strength) and conditioning pads. B) Screen the entire floor with 150g sand screen. Be sure floor is thoroughly deglossed and dull after this process. C) Apply one coat of Bona Kemi “Sport Poly” finish over the entire floor at a rate of 500 square feet per gallon maximum. Allow to dry 12 hours D) Allow to dry for at least 72 hours before light foot traffic. E) Allow to dry 7 days before regular use. The City recently adopted a new logo. Bidders shall provide 3 prices so that the City can evaluate the feasibility of updating the logo on the floor. |
