Butternut Street Rehabilitation Project

This construction contract involves the reconstruction of Butternut Street starting on the West TxDOT ROW on S. Treadaway and Butternut to S. I5' Street as outlined in the Construction Plans. This contract will also include ive full concrete intersections and six partial intersections as well as concrete valleys gutters at varies location and ADA curb ramps as outlined in the Construction Plans. The old concrete pavement from S. 17th Street to S. 21st Street will be removed and replaced to the Proposed Section as shown in the Construction Plans. The rest of Butternut Street, not including the concrete pavement areas, will be a mill and overlay and any full depth repairs as needed to the Proposed HMAC Street Section as shown in the Construction Plans. All of the HMAC roadway will also include an under seal. Part of Butternut Street is on the Master Bicycle Plan so Bike Route Signs will be placed rom S. 20,h Street to S. I51 Street. TxDOT Standard Thermoplastic Pavement Markings will be used the full length of the Project.
