Description

To prequalify plumbing contractors to perform infiltration and inflow reduction work on residential properties that are not included in a municipality sponsored Private Property Infiltration and Inflow (PPII) project. This Program is focused on reducing clear water entry to sanitary sewers by providing financial incentives to homeowners that otherwise need corrective action due to failure or imminent failure of their lateral. The Program will also provide opportunities for Contractors to gain experience working on District PPII projects. Homeowners will initiate and contract with an Approved Contractor for qualifying work that will be partially funded by the District in accordance with the Statement of Policy, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District Private Property Infiltration and inflow (PPII) Reduction Program (Program)
