Mbe goals: 25% wbe goals: 10%.The proposed improvement is part of the public highway system in the County of Cook, State of Illinois, located by section and route before mentioned, and is indicated on the map showing the County Highway System on file in the office of the County Clerk and also in the office of the Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, Springfield, Illinois. Various locations on the County Highway System. DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENT The improvement consists of furnishing and installing various types of crack sealing and crack filling products throughout Cook County, IL.
