Building Commissioning Services

Proposals for Building Commissioning Services for the construction of two new elementary schools. The District is constructing two elementary school replacement projects in the BEST grant program for the replacement of Sunset Park Elementary School and Franklin School of Innovation. The District has selected the design team of RTA/MOA Architects and the CM/GC construction team of Nunn Construction for the two elementary schools. Details include: 1. Sunset Park Elementary School and Franklin School of Innovation – New construction to commence around January 2022 and last through the Fall of 2023. 2. Approximately 450 Students capacity. 3. Approximately 56,000 SF building. 4. Collaborative High Performance Schools (CHPS) energy modeling designed into each school, including high efficiency HVAC systems, daylighting, noise reduction and energy efficient envelope.
