The work generally consists of the following major items: Schedule A: Water System Improvements (by Merrick & Company): · Installation of approximately 982 linear feet of 8-inch water mains · Installation of approximately 130 linear feet of 6-inch water service lines · Associated valves, connections, and asphalt pavement replacement · Installing of 5 new fire hydrants · Associated temporary service, valves, fire hydrants, connections, and asphalt pavement replacement. · Installation of two pressure regulating valves and associated interior piping and vaults. Schedule B: Lions Pond Utility Improvements (by Element Engineering LLC): · Installation of approximately 377 linear feet of 8-inch sewer mains. · Installation of approximately 122 linear feet of 4-inch sewer mains. · Installation of approximately 1050 linear feet of 4-inch water mains. · Associated manholes, valves, fire hydrants, connections, and asphalt pavement replacement.
