City Wide Trail Gap Improvements Project

The project involves constructing trail segments to fill in trail gaps in several areas within the City. Specific locations include: Kenyon Ave from Kingsway Path to approximately 300 north Kenyon Ave from approximately 700 south of Kerrville Trail to approximately 150 south of Kindred Court 175th St from Junelle Path to Jasmine Ave Within Chadwick Park between Jacquard Ave and Dodd Blvd/ CSAH 9 Cedar Ave/CSAH 23 from Shakespeare Blvd to Gemini Trail Holyoke Ave/Highview Ave from Heritage Dr to approximately 800 south of 185th St/CSAH 60 Highview Ave from Holland Dr to approximately 400 south of 185th St/CSAH 60 Work includes grading, storm sewer improvements, retaining walls, concrete curb and gutter installation, bituminous trail installation, and restoration. The provisions of MN Statute 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
