Description

The Consultant shall provide personnel having, among other things, the requisite technical, engineering, and construction management skills and experiences to perform all services. These include construction of a deep tunnel with portions in soft ground and hard rock, and construction of appurtenant facilities including shafts, adits, and near surface large sewer diversions as provided in the Scope of Services, to assure the successful completion of the project in a timely manner and within the allocated budget. Consultant must demonstrate experience and expertise in construction management, field inspection and administration, safety, quality, urban work complexities and risk, permitting, and coordination with third parties and the public. Compliance Goals: DBE: 28%/ WBE: 4% Estimate Contract Value: $30-45 Million *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
