Description

Widening of North Harbin Drive from West Washington Street to the Northwest Loop. Existing 2-lane undivided rural section will be improved to a 4-lane divided urban section with a 10’ shared use trail on the east side of Harbin. All paving and sidewalk improvements will be contained within existing right-of-way. Existing water and wastewater lines will be replaced. Storm drain improvements from Washington Street to Northwest Loop along Harbin and storm drain improvements along Tarleton Street and Saint Felix Avenue
