Description

Surface Improvements - CR 34, CR 53 & CR 54 Contact Public Works at 763-765-3300 to obtain the necessary information. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid (which shall include the bid bond) within 15 days of the scheduled bid submittal date of Wednesday, July 20, 2022. The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities. The County Board will consider award of the contract at the August 2, 2022 County Board Meeting contingent upon County Engineer & County Attorney review. It is the County's Intent to begin construction the end part of August 2022 and completed by end of September 2022 . The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids & waive informalities.
