IDIQ Mechanical/Engineering Design Services

Providing professional design services for the project referenced above on an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for a one-year term, that may be extended at the state’s sole discretion on an annual basis, for two additional one-year terms, with the original contract and all renewals collectively not to exceed a three year term without re-soliciting. The project scope will involve design, bidding, and/or construction administration for Mechanical and Electrical Design Services at South Dakota State University, Brookings, SD, OSE#R0321—18X/DEL. Anticipated projects will include small and medium sized maintenance and renovation projects. These projects could stand alone as mechanical projects or be combined with an in-house designed architectural renovation. Please know that this solicitation could result in multiple IDIQ Contracts for a single campus. The services are to be provided on an as-needed basis, and the awarded offeror(s) is not guaranteed work during the contract term.
