Remove and safely dispose of the current roof, in accordance with industry standards. b. Provide roof restoration coating and surfacing. c. Use material that has long-term performance (long life or lifetime) and has low maintenance costs to reduce the life cycle costs associated with the roofing system. d. Retain the historical aesthetics of the roof structure as much as possible. e. Provide all supplies, materials, and labor necessary to complete all repairs.
