The scope of work generally includes the reconstruction of alleys, streets, drive approaches, ADA compliant ramps, curb, gutter, sidewalk and replacement of 6" Steel water main with new 8" PVC (C905) pipe between Monte Vista Ave and Fifth St.. The City's intention is to have the alleys resurfaced by cold milling and overlaying unless geotechnical report recommends otherwise. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time. As of August 16, 2022, the due date has been confirmed with the owner.
