American Self Storage Expansion

The project scope includes the new construction of two, 750-square-foot, a 1,900-square-foot, a 2,025-square-foot and a 1,400-square-foot buildings. As of SJanuary 23, 2023 the project is in planning stage. The City of Springdale Planning Commission approved a large scale development plan and a variance on May 3, 2022 Planning approvals are complete. Information regarding the architect, general contactor and method of selection has not been disclosed. The construction timeline has not been determined, but may begin in the second quarter of 2023.
