Roof Replacement - Chief Rainone Gym

Demo entire existing roof to the deck, including insulation, and remove/dispose of all material from the site. This is to include removal, disposal, and replacement of any seen and unseen rotted wood from the lower roofing section (East end of building). Provide and install new, pressure treated wood blocking to accommodate the new insulation thickness. Provide and install new 60 mil rubber roofing system and mechanically fasten over GAF Polyiso rigid insulation (or equal) with thickness as required to meet the State of Rhode Island Energy Code. Provide and install perimeter coping and scuppers. Provide and install new .040 aluminum edge metal at perimeters where existing. Provide and install down spouts as per drawings. All roofing, flashings, drains, edges, penetrations, etc. required for the project shall be completed in accordance with the manufacturer's latest specifications.
