| Description | The proposed project is a DBB renovation of the existing HVAC controls system within HITC bldg. 215. The existing controls and infrastructure will be removed and replaced to includes all sensors, actuators and meter for the existing equipment, wiring and raceways to include system hardware and software decommissioning. HITC building is approximately 140,000SF +/- over 2 stories. It was constructed in the 1970’s with second floor addition in the 1980’s. The building contains mixed office and administrative spaces as well as a core data center for the VA. |
