| Description | Work of this Construction Contract includes extension of street improvements from the end of an existing street and construction of a trailhead parking facility. Clearing of existing trees and vegetation, installation of utilities, site grading, installation of a reinforced concrete pipe culvert to facilitate access from the existing unimproved road on the north side of the creek to the useable property on the south side of the creek.
