| Description | Full custodial basic services include but is not limited to those services pertaining to basic cleaning (damp mop, sweep, shampoo and vacuum floors, spray buff, spot clean floors/rugs/carpet, remove trash, clean glass/mirrors, clean drinking fountains, clean walk-off mats, general spot cleaning (i.e. chairs, desks, etc. ) in designated areas of a facility. Full Restroom/Locker Room Cleaning Services: This service includes but is not limited to those services pertaining to full basic service except disinfectant shall be used to clean and disinfect all surface areas, descale showers, toilet bowls and urinals to maintain required and appropriate health standards for these public areas. This service also includes, but is not limited to, trash removal, sweeping and/or mopping floors, and re-supply restrooms and showers. Periodic Cleaning Services. Periodic cleaning service includes but is not limited to perform high dusting (over seven feet), including ceiling vents and air vents. |
