Description DCAMM Certification Required Improvements to the 3.5 mgd Fisher Street Water Purification Facility. Project components include, but are not limited to, improvements to the following: finished water pump, flow meters, tube settlers and sludge collection system, new chemical feed day tanks and metering pumps, new HVAC items, replacing laboratory cabinets, and updating administrative areas. Site work components include a new equipment storage building (approximately 1800 s.f.), relocating site piping, improving influent and effluent controls of the residuals lagoons, removing and disposing of residuals from lagoons, and paving of the facility parking lot and access road
