Description	Design of two elementary school reno/replacements, one new elementary school, one new middle school with high school component, and one 6-12 Alternative Learning Program school. The preliminary scopes are as follows: A. Swift Creek Elementary School: Provide complete design services for renovation or replacement of the existing elementary school. Design to begin fall 2020, construction begins January 2023 for a 2024 completion. B. 6-12 Alternative Learning Program (ALP) School: Provide complete design services for the ALP school, a new 200 student capacity middle and high school. Design to begin late 2020, construction begins 2022 for a 2023 completion. C. Baucom Elementary School: Provide complete design services for renovation or replacement of the existing elementary school. Design to begin early 2021, construction begins January 2023 for a 2024 completion. D. E-xx4: Provide complete design services for a new 800 student, 56 teaching space elementary school in southwest Wake County. Design to begin early 2021, construction begins January 2023 for a 2024 completion. E. New Middle School with High School Component: Provide complete design services for a new large capacity, 81 teaching space, middle school with a small capacity high school component in the Davis Drive, Research Triangle Park area.
