Description

Four separate sections of failing storm drain pipe will be replaced as part of this project. Three sections of pipe that run across State Street will be replaced from catch basin to catch basin only. The new storm drain will be laid at the same invert elevations as the existing pipes. Some work at the catch basins to enlarge the inverts will be required. Another section of storm drain will be coming from an existing catch basin in the intersection of Eastern Avenue and State Street and running near the curb line along State Street to an existing catch basin on State Street. For this section, a new 4’ diameter catch basin will be installed at the corner of State and Eastern. All new storm drain will be 12” HDPE stormdrain/underdrain with perforations.
