Email: sdturner@transystems.com The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects and to reject any or all bids and to re advertise and rebid and/or negotiate with any or all bidders. Each bidder must deposit bid security with the bid in the amount of 5% of the total bid which is subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to deposit a Performance and Statutory Payment bond in the amount of 100 % of the bid. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) calendar days after the opening thereof. This project has been financed in part with federal funds from the National Park Service, a division of the United States Department of Interior and administered by the Kansas Historical Society.
