| Description | This requirement is a 100% Competitive Certified 8a Set-Aside Provide “Janitorial and Related Services”, located at the Hammond U.S. Courthouse, 5400 Federal Plaza, Hammond, IN 46320, Robert A. Grant Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 204 S. Main Street, South Bend, IN 46601, and the E. Ross Adair Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 1300 S. Harrison Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. The contractor shall provide the labor, supervision, manpower, and equipment necessary to provide Janitorial and Related Services as described herein or as directed by the COR. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all work under this contract in accordance with all Federal, State, County, and City laws, and codes, and follow the more stringent of them. In addition to compliance with these laws, the Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including, but not limited to: Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). |
