2020 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation

The project consists of approximately 10,200 linear feet of 8-inch (8”) cured in place pipe (CIPP) sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 900 linear feet of 10-inch (10”) CIPP sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 2,400 linear feet of 12-inch (12”) CIPP sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 600 linear feet of 15-inch (15”) CIPP sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 350 linear feet of 18-inch (18”) CIPP sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 25 sanitary sewer lead repairs; 9 sanitary sewer point repairs; and various repairs to 111 sanitary sewer manholes. The project is located in Harris County, Texas approximately 25 miles from the Central Business District (CBD) of the city of Houston. The District is generally bounded to the north by FM 529, to the south by Clay Road, to the west by Windsong Trail, and to the east by Highway 6.
