Hopkins Park Tennis Court Replacement

Notice is hereby given that the DeKalb Park District intends to contract for the following items and services titled Hopkins Park Tennis Court Replacement The DeKalb Park District reserves the unrestricted right to reject any or all bids received, to waive or not to waive any informality, or to accept the bid considered to be in the best interest of the Park District. The Base Bid will consist of the complete demolition of one of the existing sets of tennis courts and the construction of four new fenced pickleball courts with associated drainage, base, and site access. An Alternate Bid will be included for similar work to the other set of tennis courts which will be rebuilt as tennis courts. The Bid will be awarded, provided all necessary requirements have been met, at the regularly scheduled DeKalb Park District Board of Commissioners Meeting on August 24, 2023.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
