Description

The Government requires repair and maintenance services for (3) water cooled chillers, (2) air cooled chillers, (1) glycol chiller and (6) cooling towers. This contract is to provide full-service maintenance, to include preventive maintenance and repair of Chillers & Cooling tower equipment. The equipment included in this contract is attached; ancillary equipment related to the chillers & cooling towers are also included in this contract to include pumps, motors, starters, compressors, control panels, VFDs and associated chiller electrical/electronic components/sensors and BACnet programming.
