Chiller/Cooling Tower Maintenance Services

• Chiller services may include: equipment replacements, corrective, annual and preventative maintenance inspections, written reports, seasonal start-up, emergency services, tube brush cleaning (water cooled), coil cleaning (air cooled), compressor maintenance, refrigerant monitors and alarms, controls troubleshooting and maintenance, all parts, materials, tools, test equipment and labor to complete work requests. Work may require permitting. • Cooling Tower services may include: equipment replacements, equipment replacements, corrective, annual and monthly preventative maintenance inspections, written reports, seasonal start-up, emergency service, water analysis, semi-annual through cleaning of sump, spray maintenance, controls troubleshooting and maintenance, all parts, materials, tools, test equipment and labor to complete work requests. Work may require permitting. • Boiler services may include: equipment replacements, corrective, annual and preventative maintenance inspections, written reports, seasonal start-up, emergency services, tube brush cleaning, stack maintenance, breeching maintenance, controls troubleshooting and maintenance, gas train maintenance, all parts, materials, tools, test equipment and labor to complete work requests. Work may require permitting. • Air handling systems services may include: equipment replacements, corrective, annual and monthly preventative maintenance inspections, written reports, seasonal start-up, emergency services, coil cleaning, fan balancing, lubrication, filter changing, controls troubleshooting and maintenance, motor replacement, damper maintenance, all parts, materials, tools, test equipment and labor to complete work requests. Work may require permitting.
