Gates and Installation

Remove existing double swing gates, modify fence line on one side to allow cantilever gates. This includes the addition of 25 LF of 7’H chain link fence to bring fence line back equal with adjacent fence to allow sliding gates to position properly. Modify fence by sidewalk to building to allow pedestrian gates. 1. Install (2) Door King 9150 cantilever gate operators. 2. Install (2) set of photo-eyes. 3. Install (2) safety loops. 4. Install (2) wireless keypads. 5. Install (2) goose-neck pedestals. 6. Install (15) remote controls. 7. Install (1) exit device. 8. Install (2) 27’W x 7’H chain link cantilever gates with (4) rollers and nylon covers and latch. 2 ½” diameter pipe frame, schedule 40. 9-gauge Mesh. 4” diameter gate posts, schedule 40. All posts to be 36” in ground with 3000psi concrete footings. 9. Install (1) 4’W x 7’H pedestrian gate with panic bar to exit and pin pad with handle to enter. Lockey Model PS-11.
