Excavate damaged asphalt pavement, haul off site. b. Re-grade and compact existing stone base. c. Pave @ 1 1/2 " inches of compacted hot mix asphalt BINDER course. d. Pave @ 1 1/2 " inches of compacted hot mix asphalt SURFACE course. 2) Overlay @ 1.5" inches Of Existing Asphalt-Approx. - 2,070 SF. a. Sweep clean the existing milled area of all debris. b.
