| Description | Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to remove and replace operable wall at the Mary Collins Community Center (15151 NW 82nd Avenue, Miami Lakes, FL 33016). The Work and materials include, but is not limited to: 1. Removal and disposal of existing panels 2. Installation of new Moderco, Inc. Signature Series Model 842 STC 49 or comparable 4 1/8’ thick acoustical panels with clean anodized panel frames 3. New clear anodized aluminum top track, mechanical top, and bottom seals on every panel for maximum noise isolation 4. Hinges, hardware, jams, Expander Telescopic Closure at stack end 5. Field measuring, unloading, freight, fasteners, splice pins, and all required accessories for a complete installation |
