Description

To provide grounds maintenance for the Ada County Courthouse and the Civic Plaza Complex for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023, with the option of providing "Grounds Maintenance" for the four subsequent fiscal years. There are multiple areas throughout Ada County that require grounds maintenance. The areas that require grounds maintenance include the Ada County Courthouse and the Civic Plaza Complex ("The Sites"). The Sites are detailed within the Request for Proposal package below. The Grounds Maintenance services to be provided, detailed in the Request for Proposal package below, include but are not limited to mowing, pruning, trimming, clearing debris, lawn maintenance and treatment, irrigation maintenance, snow and ice removal, and weed control.
