| Description | The work will consist of the removal of the existing waste water lagoon liners, underlying venting system, ballasts, vents; regarding the bottom of both lagoons to a 2% slope, preparation and compaction of lagoon bottom and berms, installation of a new geocomposite layer, installation of new textured 60 mil HDPE liners with sand tubes/ballasts, pipe boots, anchor trenches and berm vents, reinstallation of existing ductile iron discharge pipes into the lagoons, installation of new pipe supports for discharge pipes, installation of new concrete splash pads for the discharge pipes, installation of safety ropes and new lagoon depth gauge, replacement of valves & valve boxes, and repair of cleanouts, and clearing vegetation from the unlined overflow lagoon. |
