Ultimate Urban Circulator Phase Phase I: Bay Street Innovation Corridor

The JTA is issuing a two-step procurement for the BSIC. The first step is this RFQ seeking SOQs from responsible firms who can provide a first of its kind Autonomous Vehicle centered Design, Build, Operate and Maintain transportation project (“AV-DBOM”). After evaluating the SOQs submitted in response to this RFQ, the JTA will shortlist a minimum of three but no more than five Respondent teams and invite them to participate in a Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The JTA will evaluate the proposals submitted in response to the RFP and, in its discretion, make a contract award to the proposal that is most advantageous to the JTA.
